How do I know which skateboard size is right for me?
Choosing a deck size depends on your height, shoe size, and skating style. Generally, street skaters prefer narrower decks (7.5" - 8.25"), while transition and bowl skaters prefer wider decks (8.25" and up). Check our size guide for a detailed breakdown.
Do you offer free shipping on complete skateboards?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all complete skateboard builds and orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Can I return a deck if I have already applied grip tape?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on decks once grip tape has been applied or if the board has been skated. Returns are only accepted for items in brand-new, resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Do your completes come fully assembled?
By default, all complete skateboards are shipped fully assembled by our professional shop staff. If you would prefer to build it yourself, please leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
What is your policy on warped or defective boards?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your deck has a manufacturer defect or is warped upon arrival, please contact our support team with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
