At The Skateboard Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused decks, hardware, and apparel. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have not been skated or assembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that skateboard decks are protected to prevent scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for signs of use, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
